In this drawing you manage to give the hands a more natural look, opposite the hands in your last picture "untitled", which to me look stiff and rubbery. The pose of the hands in this picture is not an eay one to draw, if you want hands that look like hands. You succeeded far better than in the 3D figure in "Untitled"
