Description
Gladiolus alatus ("Kalkoentjie" - small turkey) - choice and rare miniature spring flower at the Waylands Flower Reserve.
Sadly the kite festival was a non event for the children and I - no wind (in Cape Town in October!!!!) and drizzle. Ho hum, next year...
