Description

We went out to the Hollow yesterday (Sunday) just for overnight. Sunday was beautiful, windy, cold, sunshine and clouds. Murphy and I took a walk along the creek, up the hill, across the field and through the woods, back down to the Hollow and the nice warm campfire. There are still some wild asters blooming. I was surprised to see that most of the miklweed pods had not opened! I thought this was such a pretty picture, the rose hips adding bright spots of red. Today was cold and cloudy, and it started to drizzle just as we were getting ready to come home. Many thanks for all the wonderful comments you all left on the previous post. Each one was carefully read and treasured. Many thanks for the faves. Apologies for being so far behind, for not visiting everyone's galleries. Been having some problems with my neck, so haven't been spending much time on the computer. Been going to therapy, but some days I'm not sure it's helping, LOL. I'm only mentioning this to explain why I haven't been around that much.

Swimming and the Hot tub are good for the neck - steam room - gotta love it - lol... Your picture is an AWE!!! I look at it at it has a feel of rain to it, a feel of life to it, a sense of a peaceful light wind in the air, perfect weather - PERFECT PICTURE... super job on the POV too!

Aha! the Hollow! A beautiful pic, Rita. The computer is SO bad for necks...one of the reasons my comments are often one word.

And I thought this was a render...amazing photography! We went camping with friends Saturday to Monday down in Utica, Illinois for the Burgoo Fest. It was COLD!!!! Especially Saturday night. Sunday night was not as cold but I can tell you that I'd had enough cold by the time we got home Monday, lol. We played alot of games, drank and sat by the fire. At the fest we spent money and the boys went to the bar to watch football. A good time. I know you know what I mean :)

This is an awesome image. so peaceful and full of wild life. I noticed the milk weed this past week end too. How funny is that. I love to open them up and feel the soft seeds. I taught Mike about them...Miss you dear , sending you rubs for your neck. Try some smoke to ease the pain. I hope it's not going to last and i"ll pray for that it doesn't dear friend. Hugs. :)
