Description

Alex sang throughout his life. He had a wonderful voice. A patriotic and proud Scotsman. A Flower of Scotland. His songs of home lie now in a deep and dark void. FE Talis varI formula - lost somewhere in the warp.

Such passionate and heartfelt words and imagery, Jenny. Alex still lives through your bittersweet memories of him..and his songs..and through this wonderful, evocative interpretation of what you see and feel. I see horses here and think of "Run for the Roses"- a song which taken at face value, is about the Kentucky Derby..but analogous to life..passion..of growing from youth to manhood: "And its run for the roses As fast as you can Your fate is delivered Your moments at hand Its the chance of a lifetime In a lifetime of chance And its high time you joined In the dance Its high time you joined In the dance --" from Run for the Roses by Dan Fogelberg Excellent work and a powerful tribute to Alex, Jenny, and my thoughts and prayers are with you often.

Great poetic image of a magical memory. Alex was definitely the charmer of your life, who knew rassurrer encourage you understand ... the anguish is intense at the loss of a loved one. In your dreams, still resonate long these songs as his voice made him so sweet ... your life is full of his memory, his songs, his moods, cheerful or moody ... but he was your friend across the seas , mountains and men, there was another part of you ... and up there ... Nature is beautiful and full of stars ...
