I like the concept but this really isn't working. You need more real fog and the image between the girls doesn't look real or threatening. The girls are extremely cute and well done though.

nice concept but I have to agree with the comment above try turning down the opacity of the fog plane or planes you are using also you might want to have one of the girls with her head turning towards the dragon. I have done some images simialiar in conext here are the links if you want to get some ideas! http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1717928&user_id=4249&np&np http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1877935&user_id=4249&np&np http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1885189&user_id=4249&np&np also some other scenery on the sides would possibly help frame the subjects better hope this helps.

This render reminds me alot of times back on my grandparents farm. Sure brings back some memories. In the cool fall, or warm winter nights, usually when there'd be a bit of a weather change. We'd get such thick and dense fog, thicker than pea soup, almost like "London Fog". The fog would roll in so heavy and so tall, it would make the farm yard light look like a second moon. Trying to walk from the house to the barn a mere 50ft away wasn't even possible with only 3-5ft of visibility around yourself (unless you wanted to risk getting lost). Anything past 5 feet was pure fog. Not even the flashlight would help. Driving or walking down the country grid roads were also fun, let alone the highway between towns. In the vehicle having to slow to a crawl as the headlights on either regular or high beam only lit up the fog infront of the truck. Having a rollbar with a rack of Fog Lamps would've come in handy sometimes. The memories were fun because it was always like a new sense of adventure, venturing out in / through those conditions. It wasn't always reckless either, as it sometimes happened while on the way home. Sometimes ti would be in patches, or for a stretch of a few miles. So thats why I really like this render. Fog isn't very easy to do in daz studio, (can still be a bit tricky to setup in Carrara), and the thickness of the fog obscuring all background details save for the head and claws of the dragon feels about right. I'm with bazza on this one, keep up the good work!

Very good work on this One hint is if you can take some pictures of clouds or fog and in your paint program, layer it on with some transparency and your images will really have that feel
