that is snow covering my little car....
winter's icy blast hit us last night, and this is what greeted my caffiene dosed eyes as I got off work after the night shift..... almost felt like going back in and sleeping there.
Took five minutes to sweep the snow off, as it's that wet, sticky kind.. (granted, some of the people reading this are from tropical climes and have not relative idea wht the Hell I'm talking about...)
driving home was a treat, normally 5 minutes ( I live in a three song city... it takes three songs to drive from one side to the other), due to conditions... 25 minutes of harrowing, is that idiot in the SUV really going that fast... doesn't he know that it's winter out and the roads ar slick and no amount of 4 by 4 can defeat black ice, driving... home and maybe now to relax....to sleep perchance to dream....
the funny thing is, the weather people say it's going to be plus 17c by the weekend...
oh, the car.... a 1993 Plymouth Sundance Duster, 3L,Mitsubishi V6, 145hp, 5 speed....
not as sporty as MagikUnicorn's Mini Cooper S Convertible.... but a lot more practical...

i hate it man,the only snow i saw in the last 13 years that was last years visit in the grand duchy of luxembourg- and on tv of course-lol. hope you dont have too much trouble with that snow.

Oh right, that's snow (Tropical climber, here) and I thought some Colombian drug plane had crashed it's load of cocaine or delivered to the wrong address ! Nicely balanced capture and kool snow stuff ! ~Cheers~

The one thing I notice with the first snow is that everyone forgets how to drive in it. I'm NOT looking forward to the white crap. Great photo. I've never heard the expression a 3 long song town, I like it.
