Hi All, I'm back from my holls in New York! We packed as much into the 4 days as possible, loads of walking (poor legs!) hair raising taxi rides (poor nerves!)and loads of shopping (poor bank balance!!) I don't think I've ever seen so many people in one place at one time as were at time square last weekend. It was a holiday weekend, columbus day. Part of the subway was also closed for maintance over the weekend so I guess that didn't help. I had a great time, we looked at what we couldn't afford in Bloomingdales and Tiffanys and then went to the Macys sale where we got a total of 70% off some Jewelery which made me a happy girl ;o) I'm still not sure what time of day it is so if I'm talking jibberish or my spelling is rubbish put it down to jet lag!!
