A LOT of stuff in this image.
First is DM's new Dawn Breaker over at Daz. Character is using Aery_Soul's Alice shader with FRAD's Eden textures and maelwenn's Vanessa V4 face morph. Lighting is one of DM's Dawn Breaker light sets with some tweaking, namely adding IBL and softening the raytrace shadows.
Render time 15 minutes.
