What Lord Ashcroft found

The letter was a surprise no less the invitation to come visit at his estate near Cambridge. Lord Ashcroft had been missing for three years on a journey into the southern reaches of the new world the last word of the expedition being one of disaster. Of course they had not talked since the unpleasantness of his last trip after returning from Africa.
