Description

It was "Fleet Week" in SF earlier this month. This shot is from Fort Baker just north of the Golden Gate Bridge (quite a photo study all by itself). The Blue Angels performed just one flyover before the fog came in and cancelled the show early. I thought it was completely normal and part of the plan! Hand-held Nikon D70 shot with 105mm lens. I think the range was about 1000 feet, close enough to catch the glint off the helmets. Enjoy! Whoosh!
