As a child I was very curios about things that could be manipulated or re-constructed into other things of interest or use; (some were of less interest and use). This curiosity quite often got me into trouble with my parents having virtually made a scrap yard out of their well tended garden. However, my experiences led to a very practical “hands on†approach to jobs and projects, learning how to be very creative with ideas and thoughts. Over this period of time I have amassed a large collection of skills, which include antique clock repairing, photo development and manipulation, wood and metal working, the ability to repair just about anything broken, but also the appreciation of a good concept and execution of an idea which eventually led me into Mechanical engineering and then into the creative world of advertising in the late 80s, which was just embracing the digital world of cameras and computers.
I now live in one of the most picturesque areas in South Germany "The Allgaeu".
My equipment consists of an Olympus E-500 and an old Nikon 885 (digital) and a Canon AE1 oh and of course my computer with Photoshop etc.

I love your representation here. Excellent work! I have been meaning to ask if you are familiar with Thomas Barbey's work? I have a collection of his photos on my shelf at work.
