Description

Something fresh and new.Our Station is out at the moment.So i tackled the stairs and climbed to the top of our Boiler House Roof.Took a series of pictures from our Boiler House roof which i will share the following few days.For the first time i used the Bulb setting on my camera.To get better results with the Bulb setting one need a special remote which i cannot afford at the moment.So what i did is set my camera on the M setting and set the camera on Bulb setting.I pressed the shutter button halfway to focus and after focusing held the button down till i saw some Lightning strike and then immediately release the shutter button.I also used a tripod for this series of pictures.Trust everyone will enjoy this series.

Excellent image Christo and loads of patience on your side! You should investigate a cable release for your camera. It plugs into the camera with a shutter at the end of the cord. It is WAY cheaper that a remote! :)
