Description

These two butterflies hovered around the last grapes in a vineyard, then landed on a whitewashed wall nearby. I have no idea of their scientific name. What I know is that the ancient Mexicans considered butterflies a pefect symbol for the warrior. Therefore, I dedicate these two small combatants to all those who fight disease, loss and mourn, mean bosses at work, and unfair landlords. Thank you for your courage. I made a bit of postwork to enhance the textures. Thanks for your kind comments.

Wow wonderful capture of these beautiful butterflies..love their colours. I like the one on the left now it looks like eyes on its wings, that's to scare away the birds and other Predators that will want it for their dinner. A super dedication too, so kind.. well done Sandra.

They usually don't sit around long enough, to pose for me... you are very lucky to get them to do that for you, maybe it's your patience and that paid off well. not sure about the names either, but I like to concur with 'danapommet'... BB
