I've been absent from Rosity a lot this fall, and have commented very, very little. Tonight, I'm leaving one comment per gallery, so I can say hello to everyone & wish them a Happy New Year. I'll be back for more after the 1st of the year...But let me say that seeing your collages is like seeing whole universes; and when I come here, I'm reminded just how vast & dancing your art is. The blues here are wonderful. The reds---in flowers & plants---are stunning. The violet hues, and your lines of yellows & greens, etc etc, are like the best abstract oil painting, where you stream thick strokes of one hue into another. And your photographic images (as always) are woven into your collage in a giddy, joyous, and yet very buoyant & classical fashion. And you have your usual stick figures and Miro-like lines, etc etc; even some Brueghel-like objects---like that egg in the center, which seems to be breaking-open and letting-out all kinds of imaginary creatures. Creative, dancing, and always beautiful, another example of your amazing art. To come here is to be bathed in the waters of genius, and in a deep deep love for art. I wish you a great New Year Emilio (feliz año nuevo!) and many more to come. After the 1st, I'll be back for more...
