Description

Driving through the Chickasaw National Park yesterday looking at the fall colors. I spotted several deer in a clearing just off the road and behind a stand of trees. Finding a place wide enough to pull off the road, I headed through the trees to the clearing. Of course, they heard me coming and started making their way to the edge of the trees. Staying behind a tree and the camera they were not sure just what I was; and stopped, looking at me curiously they give me a chance for a few shots; then eased on into the woods. I came out of my hiding place; one Doe heard me and had to look back for one last look. I snapped off a few shots of her just before she to disappeared into the dense foliage, and I followed. Thanks for stopping by and for your views and comments. Have a great day and up coming week! Thank you for the favs on my last and previous posts, each one very much appreciated.

Dangerous thing she's doing. Remember Lot's wife? She turned for one last look and was turned into a pillar of salt. This doe really blends in...

If you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have noticed the deer, virtually blended in with the wall flora behind it.
