heres another photo of that little Bluejay from before .. he stole all the peanuts from the little chickadees and gobbled them whole with the shells on ..theres an older sweet gentleman in his 80's thats comes and feeds the birds every day in the wild.. he lets the chickadees land in his hands all the time ..its such fun watching them thanks you for your comments and favs

We feed the blue jays at my house every day. They know the schedule and will gather on our brick wall waiting. If we are late bringing the nuts out, they begin to squawk fiercely. :-) They are very large birds and I'm glad they are a bit skiddish - otherwise I might take a bit of a beating if I missed a feeding. :-) this is an excellent shot. Good side view and lovely colors.

Don't worry, they break them open before eating the peanuts....they will take a few at a time and stash them in their cheeks to take them away to hide. Nice shot of one of my favorite backyard birds.
