Description

After months of modeling the elements and test renders to get the lighting and graininess I wanted, this canvas is completed. At 48x30", it should be quite impressive, especially in a large custom frame of the period. My intent in this was to show off some of the interior models I have made for my Brugge series, learn as much as I could in interior lighting, and have something to display at a Dec show where digital is considered something less the art. I've posted the largest image I could for those who will want to zoom in and look around. I used 4 different lighting schemes to achieve my effect, An interior and exterior scene render, and have modeled everything but the books, the Poser figure.. though I did the hat, birds in cage, flowers. Had the hardest time figuring out how to approach modeling the Spanish Helmet. Modo, Blender, Poser, Vue, Photoshop, ZBrush

Awesome image. I did notice, however, that the candle flames in the chandelier lack a glow like the one on the table. Was this intentional?

Pictures like this made me want to hide in shame. This is fantastic. Your indoor light is very realstic, bringing out the incredible details on your image so well. And what details that are. Everything really seams to belong into your scene, there is nothing that did not match. Great that I found this treasure!
