Beautiful and stark! I'm a voracious reader, and this image reminds me of some of the fantastic book covers that were being put out by publishers like Bantam Books back in the 1950s and 1960s. There's an intriguing, "noir" sense to this image. For me, that is a fantastic thing. I love the starkness of this image, the bold declaration it makes. The sense of geometry, light, and shadow is superb.
