Don't think that water looks very convincing I'm afraid. It should be possible to edit the material surfaces to make it more reflective, though don't ask me for specifics on that :( i would suggest trying a lower angle on the light source so there are more interesting shadow and also, unclench the swimmers fist - i don't think you can swim that well otherwise. This is one of those thing - the water - where some Photoshop work afterwards might help to put some splashes about, but it's a tough subject to do well for sure.
