Description
I though I would show the second photo I took of Erin at the corn maze, before she ran off with her friends. This one was my favorite, sort of shows her height more, she is 16 and is just a bit taller then me already. She asked me about a month ago, how tall are you and I said 5’ 7” and she got right up next to me and compared and yes she was just a bit taller. My dad was 6’ 8” so she has his long legs. Thank you all for your comments, and I have to agree she can certainly brighten up a room with her smile, we went through two sets of braces with her, so money well spent I guess.
Do you like how I sewed her name on her sweater? Actually I added it with text in Photoshop, but when she was little I use to order her little sweaters with her name monogrammed on them. Photoshop is so much cheaper lol. Thanks again for your comments and support.
Below is the site for the maze which shows a photo of the COW design in the maze.

Your comment on her smile made me laugh. I imagine someone complementing her on her 'natural' beauty when mom steps up and says, "Those braces were money well spent." I guess that's what mothers are for, to keep their kids grounded.

You have every right to be proud....

Excellent composition depicting Erin amidst the sunflowers, Lynell. If I was taller and about 65-years younger I would ask her for a date, most likely down at the corner malt shop where we can listen to Elvis Presley records and hang with our buds.

Another lovely capture and the embroidered name is a nice touch. When my kids where little I did that sort of thing too.

Another beautiful capture of your lovely daughter! I like the heads of the flowers in the back. They look like they are straining to get into the picture.
