Yes, the rabbit made it, here he is again.
This is the Christmas card I've been working on for this year. It seems like an appropriate time to post it. I didn't plan it to come after "Run, Rabbit run", but it seems to fit. I like happy endings.

Well, I must admit, I thought the rabbit was dinner for one. I'm glad he escaped. Much as I love birds of prey and know they must eat, I'd rather it not be anyone I know. Very nice texture and color variation on the barn. Love all the branches, both the bare and those peeping out from under the snow. If it is a game of hide and seek, the seeker is getting very cold.

Now I remember your gallery....I don't get around much anymore. This is a beautiful scene. I was just looking at last winter's pictures of our record snow in the Pacific NW. I was in the minority, loving the 2 feet of snow...but I grew up in a place like this snowy scene, and I love the quiet whiteness! Thanks for warming my heart...and thanks for your kind comments in my gallery.
