Description

Sheriff Jane Brody took a call that a couple of teenagers had been seen going down to the creek. It wasn't normally something that she would bother with, there hadn't been any incidents down there for ages. But it was a quiet day and it gave her an excuse for a drive out. As soon as she opened the car door, she heard the screams and her mood darkened. She hadn't even reached the path when Rose came charging out, half naked and still screaming hysterically. She threw herself into Jane's arms, sobbing uncontrollably. It took a long time to calm Rose down, even a little. Then between gasps and sobs came some coherent words: "We were just messing around....it was like a crocodile....but it wasn't a crocodile....bigger....nastier....and it took Rachel!" And with that she collapsed into floods of screams and tears again. Jane's mind began racing - what could she do if there really was some sort of monster in the creek - would anyone even believe it?! To be continued..... ___________________ I was pleased at the realism in this one - just to confirm that this is all rendered! And we get to meet Sheriff Jane Brody for the first time - character is Liz by Syltermermaid, main clothes are Lonely Night by 3D-Age, completely retextured by me, with props pulled from whatever I could find! All the hair in this one is also my own work with Carrara's dynamic hair. Thanks for looking - please check out the whole story if you are new to this! Have a great Halloween Weekend! Phil

Lighting, trees, hair. poses -- it all works! Very excellent scene and the realism factory is very high. Any relation to the town sheriff in Jaws?

"Sheriff Brody" - now WHERE did I hear that one LOL! Well she looks a heck of a lot more attractive than Roy Scheider LOL! Unfortunately, the ladies of the law aren't as daring with their uniforms around here! WONDERFUL technical values - man you are setting the bar HIGH these days! The realism of this scene is stunning. The posing and lighting are first rate and I love the background sets you've been using. A teeny tiny nit: I think the officer's cap is riding just a tad high. Wonderful job Phil!
