Description

"Cybelle Awakens" is the first in a four part series. I was inspired by the free stuff on Runtime DNA, I am madly in love with cyber gear kind of things, DUH! The feel of this was to be a transformation of a human female into a cyber goddess. I worked really hard on the lighting and shadoww. There is minimal postwork on this, I dont want to stray from the raw metal feeling. I also finished the other three parts right in Poser instead of getting to postwork, and not doing the rest LOL. I gonna agree with you here. post work would have taken away from the effect. but that lighting, I swaer I can feel that stubble, and the shadows are just the solid crisp yet foggy as they would be. I have to say, as this one loaded I would have bet cash money this wasn't poser but a photo. Damn fine work here. This is one for the portfolio.

Perfection is an understatment! It takes a long time to set the lighting and make the shadows perfect in Poser and the fact you've acheived this proves you are a master at your craft! Bravo!

Syyd, to talk about this from a technical point of view just detracts from it. Its so much more than a poser image, as all your work is. Its a living breathing piece of art and your a true artist.

I would have to disagree with Stormi. . .you are not a master of your craft. . .you are THE Master!

She makes me think of pearls, the way they seem to at first flash absorb light just to cast it back mostly in soft diffused glows and opalesquing colours...

you're right when you say she's a goddess Syyd - she's lovely... the color tones and shadows are fantastic - as if we were expecting any less from Syyd? :)

This should me magazine cover, definedly. Play of light and shadow is what makes this image to be really special. That small shadow in background, and shadow of spikes in her head. Burned white and full black, who can resist it. And cross ear ring. There's lil' angularity in her ear and armband is just a bit too big, but it doesn't matter, this is so good. You had a fun doing this, and it can be seen. Perfect, happy image.
