Happy Halloween everybody. I've been a bit busy this past week so I haven't been around too much lately. Thank you so much for making my last post Magique! such a success.
I thought that I would whip off one more for the holiday season. This is a tribute to the rather bizarre animated TV series called The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy (originally part of the series Grim and Evil). The cartoon tells the sardonic tale of how, after losing a limbo challenge over a hamster's soul, the Grim Reaper becomes eternally bound to be the BFF to two not so angel-like children named Billy and Mandy. And wackiness ensues.
As you can see, Grim tries to make the most of his predicament. Taking time out to enjoy a (many) drink(s), relax and read a chapter or two two from "The Bad Book Of The Dead". But duties as 'best friend' often take away from his private time. Sadly, he does lose his station as "Lord of the Dead". I never new that Death was such a slob until I watched this show.
As a sidebar, Billy and Mandy live in the gloomy town of Endsville which is quite clearly a suburb of Dystopia. Good thing that the DT4V trams make it out that far.
As a second sidebar, the lawn is inspired by my own back yard, though my trees died.
