Description

I took this picture of Whooper swans ending their 1,500 mile winter migration in NW England last week. I only caught three of them in this shot but they arrived as a group of four. As there were two adults and two juveniles this was probably a family group who had made the long journey together.

This is a fabulous action shot of these amazing swans who have the greatest stamina and continue to follow their instincts bred within them. hugs Jane xx
