Description
This is one of my favorite holidays, I make tamale pie, and California style corn bread for dinner or have it warming on the stove for when the kids and their friends get hungry and I also make a big batch of home made hot chocolate on the stove. I add a little Kahlua and cinnamon stick to mine yummmm. We make up little treat bags to hand out this year we have 240 and we will go through them I am sure, we get lots of kids every year in our neighborhood. Erin is dressing as a female Elvis.. lol its adorable, has the cape the sunglasses, some pretty cool black boots. Even the cat loves this holiday.

Stellar clarity, colors, textures and humor in this composition, Lynell. Wow, you've certainly made this day, which is traditionally scary and spooky, into a somewhat safe, sane and painfree affair, what with cooking up goodies for the kids that come to your door, etc. Have you forgotten that this is supposed to be bump-in-the-night, blood curdling, hair-raising stuff, and that even cats are supposed to hiss and arch their back on this most holy and sacred of days?
