Its a very nice composition, the cloth materials are great and its obvius all the work you done with the skin with this pale tatoos and this shading in her face. A very romantic and relaxing image Now comes the bad news, the overall look, the first impression its, for my taste, excessively soft, i mean, all haves a white, grey, soft blue mood, maybe trying another darken or more luminous color for the walls and pillars could strenght up the image. Another weakness of this image its the illumination, all the image looks a litle flat, like having just a frontal light, I think a little more contrasted lightset which gives more shadowed areas could work better. Of course this commments are based just in my personal opinion and tastes, take it if you think i´m right or ignore it if you dont agree with me, the final choice its all yours ;)
