Great POV, I have seen photos using this approach with a very wide angle lens. What would really set this over the top would be using depth of field with a really wide open aperture like F1.0-F1.8 or so to get just the face in focus while the rest of the body goes into bokeh blur.

The deformation of the wide angle of a camera lens or a caricature as the title of the image says... Our interpretation of your Work is also unlimited. A perfect example of symbiosis between art and the way to perceive it. You are a genius. :o)
