St. Bee's certainly is real. Have set off from there on the coast to coast walk to Robin Hood's bay many years ago. That title was also used by Ursula K. Le Guin for a collection of short stories and I believe it comes from a poem by A.E. Houseman which goes something like:- From far from Eve and Morning and yon twelve winded sky, The stuff of life to knit me, Blew hither, here am I. Speak now and I will answer. How may I help you say? 'Ere to the winds twelve quarters, I take my endless way... (that's from memory so it may not be word perfect!) Anyway, cool image and Hamilton is a good author too!

The image fits well into the commonwealth theme (but the title is from Ursula le Guin...?).
