Trying to find out why my renders are not taking the background size of the backdrop selected.

Fantastic image. If it helps, I always render to a direct proportional size of the background.

Great image - love the fire special affects. Ok, I know how this works. If you are going to import a background image be sure you do it before you set your dpi setting in your render size menu. i.e. make sure the background is imported while the poser settings are still at 72 dpi. That should fix the problem. Also once you import the image and try to make the image larger you will not be able to get the background image to fit anymore. I find it easier to render against a pure black backgrund and then paste that image over the background scene you want in photoshop. Gives you a lot more control over background image position ... with poser you are locked into one position unless you attach the image to a one sided square in the material room. Hope this helps. Fantastic Scene! I found that rendering in a "New Window" instead of Main Window, solved the problem for smaller renders that the size I indicated.
