"I hope you like it." Yes, I like it very much. It is a simple portrait yet this is part of its elegant strength and beauty. Her gaze is direct though not the least bit harsh. Those lovely eyes connect subject and viewer. What else can art ever do but bring people together through shared experience and meaning? A lovely work. Terry
