All of the trees seem to have the same above ground root system. Magical capture. Dana

@Dana: I guess it's just a matter of this very steep terrain. The rain has washed away the ground permanently which made the roots loosing ground eventually. The trees are ordinary beechs, so this kind of root system isn't common for them. There was another place nearby where all the ground had broken off already.
