She stared down at the pictures on the dining room table and felt a wave of shock and revulsion quake through her body...
It had been years since she had allowed herself to really think of the evil locked in that basement room, away from the family...away from doing any more harm. That's not to say she didn't think about it every day---she did. That wasn't something that just fades or goes away. She was only a child when reality ripped apart---but it would forever change her, the family, the town and everyone whose life that long ago day touched.
In all the chaos and madness there was only one thing she WAS certain of...
That terror never really fades.
