Oh this is a particularly nasty one, it's Billy Blaggard. Oh my, he usually is chained under the bridge, but some silly witch (too much petal brew) forgot and let him go. He has been causing havoc all over. I see you got a photo of him in the act. Wonderfully done, great lighting and composition!
