Description


It was approaching midnight and Yoshi was again stuck with the unenviable job of night watch. New snow had begun to fall and Yoshi felt miserable. As he rubbed his hands Yoshi thought to himself that he definitely needed to get transferred to one of the shoguns warmer garrisons. Then in the corner of his eye Yoshi noticed movement. And intruder? Peering through the snow Yoshi saw an unworldly sight. A beautiful woman in a white kimono was beckoning to him. Her surreally pale skin almost blended with the snow and her long hair blew in the wind. And it must’ve been a trick of the shadows but Yoshi could swear she had no feet. Perhaps she was the dreaded snow woman he laughed to himself. Looking around to make sure he wasn’t seen Yoshi abandoned his post and followed the woman into the woods. The next day Yoshis frozen corpse was discovered in a snow drift….
