A Sharm nuotare è come volare
Sharm swimming is like flying
Wasting no time, caressed by the warm wind that blows from the desert, we travel that strip of white beach that separates us from the reef and we walk on the pier that preserves the natural wonder of human curiosity. The water is quite deep but managed to see fish of various sizes and distinguish many colors. The sensation is that of being on the edge of a cliff and felt my heart in my throat, a sense of vertigo strikes us: it's time to dive. Diving into the waters of the Red Sea is a little 'how to launch into space, but there to greet us dearly clear water and a world to discover. From now on our travel companions will be called trigger fish, butterfly fish, napoleon fish, groupers, rays and moray eels. We are on top of the world, but an underwater world where a beautiful wall formed by rocks and corals is inhabited by thousands of crustaceans and fish (over a thousand species surveyed), pampered by a silence that was occasionally interrupted by sweet and unmistakable metallic sound that parrotfish produce with their 'beaks' looking for food among the branches of red and yellow coral. It is surely this emotion in addition to the charm of the desert that stretches to infinity behind us, which has changed in so few years and for ever the fate of the Sinai peninsula and Sharm el-Sheikh, until recently, only a weary village of Bedouins. Today the beauty of nature is accompanied by a form of tourism just for all, and the handful of tents was born a city where the colorful lighting of signs and blinds the sky, but where just out of the vortex center to regain the purity of unspoiled nature
