Description

Back when the first Disneyland opened in Southern California people would buy a booklet of tickets upon entering the park. Each ticket was assigned a letter from A to E and would allow them entry to one of the attractions. The higher the letter, the faster and more exciting the ride. The term 'E ticket ride' became synonymous with the most exciting thing a person could experience. I believe most people would agree that a ride on the Shuttle is the ultimate 'E ticket ride'. Taken just before sunset.

Sopme years ago I entered my name for consideration in a selection of common people to be considered for a trip into space. I had hoped so much for the opportunity to leave this gravity and experience the sky from a star's point of view. I always wanted to be on one of these rockets. But, alas, my time has past and the only way I will go on that trip now is in a bucket of ash to be ejected into space from a portal... such an exciting shot!

A really spectacular picture. Oh no, this is the last of the series? If so, this is a wonderful finale. Lucky you to be so much a part of that.
