This piceh needs a little description: The last december i spend a few weeks in thailand, going backpacking with some friends of mine. I really love this country and the people there. And so it was really hard to see, that after more than four years you can still see the aftermath of the Asian Tsunami from December 26, 2004. It was one of the deadliest natural disasters in recorded history. Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, and Thailand were hardest hit. Scrolling down the soundlist on my ipod I found a song from Chris Cornell. The song is called Wild Awake and it is dedicated to all the victims of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=related&v=4_JqWCxqGyQ)you can found a unplugged version of this song, recorded in Sweden. (In my oppinion one of the most emotional songs by Cornell ever.) Still the Song and the impressions in my head I decided to make a picture about it. Here is what came out. I tryed to capture how brutal and snaky bad things sometimes come over us. The base of the pic is a snapshot from Second Live. The rest is hard work in PS CS3. Hope you like it.
