Description
Not an exiting render, or revealing, but I love big vistas. I'd love to do an animation of a dragon flying through a valley on a foggy day, no sky visible for the valley walls and trees, the dragon gliding on thermals, adjusting its wings as it rides the currents--all the while narrated by David Attenborough. But I don't have a render farm, nor a caustic graphics card. :P One day. Okay it will likely be me narrating it, doing a poor facsimile of Sir Attenborough, heh.
Anyways, though a runner, the beast certainly flies. It has large wings for flight, though it tends to run down it's prey--at least that is the way I designed the body. It's a fast dragon, but about the size of a t-rex. It's flight is more to navigate large distances, following herds of game in a nomadic lifestyle. Fictional biology of coarse, but I keep things like that in mind when designing creatures. I'm a geek, what can I say.

Love the scenery! Its still nice to know you do put thought into your dragons, as well as renders. It does make alot of sense.

Excellent pov and render. I was thinking of a glider on your other render. The kind that has a very hard time actually 'flapping' its wings and getting anywhere and that likes to start at high points when flying. Biology Geek serves you well for this modeling and designs.
