Description

These two dogs which are New Foundlands were at the 4H fair grounds just taking it all in and the kids just loved them they are very tame dogs and very loved.

I thought once about getting a Newfoundlander but they are much like Great Danes in that they eat more than I do and their life span is shorter than I could bear. They are such dedicated dogs though and one of the best to have if they family has children as they are great "nursemaids."

Great pic of these lovely dogs, hope no one calls them if they are fastened to the swing, swing may go for a walk :o) Newfies are also fabulous swimmers & their job was to rescue people. People still do this with their dogs to keep their natural instincts.
