Description
Today we woke up to four inches of snow outside...it was beautiful...well, until I remembered Justin had a Doc appointment and I had to go shovel the ramp off so the Ambulance crew could easily maneuver up and back down with the stretcher. Oh well...such is life. :-)
Today, one year ago, is when my son was rushed off to the ER and the roller coaster ride of life and death started. Amazing its been a year already, and even more amazing the struggles he has survived. We went in for a Trach change today and they also checked his MIC-KEY button...he's looking good, but he has caught a little cold...its bound to happen this time of year. Just got to keep a close check on it.

Your right Rose the snow is beautiful but can prove to be a problem at times. Glad they were able to get Justin to his appointment. Your right I had not realized it had been a year yet and Justin and your entire family have been through so much in that time. I've kept you all in my prayers and will continue to do so my friend.

Fine capture of the first snowfall, Rose! Considering it was so warm today in my neck of the woods -- I walk around outside wearing a T-shirt and shorts -- this photo and the very idea of snow seems alien and surreal to me. At least you have the normal and traditional change of seasons.

Wonderful winter image, Rose!! Here by me in north germany, we have also a day this week, with many snow. The nature have make a winter wonder land in the night :) This looks beautyful, but as car driver is not good...lol Big hugs for you, Rose and for Justin ...or for complete family!!

Ewww!!! Makes for a beautiful postcard but aside from that I hate snow, lol! It snowed here yesterday but didn't stick, yay! Beautiful...reminds me of the thanksgiving my wife and I spent with her cousin's family in Indiana last year. Always nicer to appreciate from inside, with a cup of hot cocoa;)
