Looks really good. Have you thought of doing some postwork in Photoshop and adding the foam with brushes? I use "Ron's Water Brushes" as well as others by him for a lot of stuff like that. Makes life a lot easier.

Interesting experiment and pretty successful I'd say. You could add post work foam later as well if you wanted but it's always worth trying to see what you can achieve in the raw render first in my opinion...
