Description
Nothing artistic about this image!! I just had to share it. This was some weird and ominous looking cloud formations above my house late yesterday afternoon! I thought the end was here... (LOL...) but it didn't even rain!

I'm a weather forecaster for the Air Force. Those clouds are called "Cumulonimbus Mammatus" and many times they're the precursor to a thunderstorm. Sometimes you'll get thunder and sometimes not.... mother nature is definitely hard to figure out. Even though these clouds can be ominous at times, they're very fascinating to see.
