Well, this is apparently the best render I can manage with Night World Fallen by Luthbel. Poser 8, no postwork.
I've spent AGES trying to get the damn displacement maps to render. The whole sorry story is over on my DA page, for those interested.
Night World Fallen - stunning model, fab textures, pain in the proverbial to render well.

Oh wow, how could I miss this... :-) This is one of the best renders I have seen of this guy so far! I gave him a try today and I must say "Ahhhh!" as he is very hard to render. I use different textures though but that does not make it easier actually... Hm, I am gonna upload him here tomorrow. This one is actually quite... hot. blushes Yeah, I am weird and I have a something for demons... lol
