Description

The domino gallery marked on 1500 meters the former course of the border the Berlin wall to brandenburger gates and to 09.11.2009 symbolically to case one brings (“Donimoeffekt”) 15000 humans have the 1000 stones artistically arranged to the topic “20 years fall of the wall”. Many pupils, artists, companies and “normal” humans was it rest themselves against this project to take part and it a great work of art developed. Berlin says to THANKS.

Wunderbare Aufnahme der Domino Galerie. Die Mauer hat für mich auch eine sehr große Bedeutung. War ich doch durch die Mauer von meiner Liebsten getrennt und erst wieder nach dem Fall der Mauer mit ihr zusammen. Ich denke unsere Herzen haben mit dazu beigetragen, dass dieses Ungetüm, dass Mitten durch Deutschland ging, eingerissen wurde. YorkBerlin PS: Mit meiner Liebsten bin ich noch immer zusammen und uns kann auch keine Mauer mehr trennen.

Time flies so fast ... it doesn't seem like 20 years ago! I remember how moving it was when the wall came down. This is a wonderful anniversary celebration!
