Description

The latest in Ron's Shattered Worlds series :-) I HAD started this in Vue 8 but the ecosystems kept crashing the programme. (Not just me getting it either) So I had to start again from scratch in Vue 7 :( I'm actually quite UNDERWHELMED so far by Vue 8...... Shattered Worlds are by MRX3010 here and also used Skull and Rubble piles by Martin Frost at C3D Thanx 4 peekin'

What, Vue crashes? say it isn't so! hehe! I really like the rainbow sky here, and how you get to test out the shattered worlds series..I say grow trees over it all;)

Lots going on in the picture. Very interesting. Too bad about the Vue 8 problems. Should I take it off my Christmas List?

Love the image. I couldn't get vue8 to start. It would hang up and never load. I finally went back to 7.5 myself.

Wonderful image. Wow I'm sorry about the problems with Vue8. This is the first complaint I've heard. MMMM I can't decide..... To buy or not to buy.

Powerful image, Gill. I'm glad to see that nature prevails... Fantastic lighting and sky. I've been playing with Vue 8 non-stop since Friday, and haven't had any problems. Maybe it just didn't like being party to all that destruction...? :o)

A bleak post apocalyptic world? Cool!!! Excellently done. I think I'll wait on the Vue8 and get the Blacksmith 3d paint program instead.

The sky is what really makes this picture--it's so toxic looking.

Beautiful atmosphere it stands in stark contrast to the destruction of the foreground. Nice render. I'm sorry to hear about Vue8, I haven't had any crashes yet, I was hoping the crashes might end with Vue8 (dreamer that I am).

Very nice scene. Great sky and lighting! Really well done. I just got Vue 8 also, my first render seemed to take 3 times as long as it should have to render. Hopefully it was just the one scene.

Very atmospheric and slightly spooky! Thanks also for your comments on Vue 8 - I just got Pioneer, added a simple terrain and atmosphere, and it took 5 hours to render! Not going to fork out hard cash if it's that slow (even if the results can be wonderful!).

Cool and foreboding scene. Thanks for the input on Vue 8. I was wondering if it was really worth the upgrade, but I think I'll stay put for the time being. Great image!
