I am not sure what all I see but it looks like to me an applesauce/apricot puree with cinnamon pears, a vegetable medly of corn, carrots, peas and baby lima bean, a potato au gratin or is that scalloped potatoes? and the meat looks like a seasoned (perhaps with paprika)and breaded fried chicken - maybe oven "fried" since it looks very "clean." Maybe I guessed right on most stuff? It all looks sooooo good and if you planned on more than 3 people eating this, you might have under prepared since if I show up, it looks like only enough for me!
