Description
Started in 1994 and finished in 1998, it is built to withstand winds of over 100 m.p.h.(160km/h). It is a steel sculpture of an angel standing 66feet (20m)tall with wings measuring 178feet (56m) across making it wider than the statue of liberty's height, the body weighing 100tonnes, the wings 50tonnes each, with 600 metric tonnes of concrete used to create foundations which anchor the sculpture to rock 66feet(20m) below.
