Description

Back in April, I won this fantastic set in the Fools Gold contest for my image "First Contact", just as my copy of Poser 6 went on the blink. I've now upgraded to Poser 8, and for the first time I can appreciate the incredible detail of the set. Thank you, LukeA! For this image I used 14 radial lights and the original wizard's lava lamp (which he's had since 1421 BC). The lighting setup is a radical departure for me as most of my scenes are lit with a single source, usually the sun or moon. The scene actually reminds me very much of my office, without the computers. Cats posed in Poser 8, scene assembled, lit and rendered in Vue 8 Infinite (no post work), signature in Photoshop CS3. Better than bookworms! Excellent scene and lighting. Looks like my house excepi we only have one cat and more books. Oh, and my wizard lamp dates to 1262.
