Description
Some people describe depression as “living in a black hole” or having a feeling of impending doom. However, some depressed people don't feel sad at all — instead, they feel lifeless, empty, and apathetic.
Whatever the symptoms, depression is different from normal sadness in that it engulfs your day-to-day life, interfering with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and have fun. The feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness are intense and unrelenting, with little, if any, relief.
I think it is time to revisit my mental health series.

I was depress one time and I put on a John Candy movie on and watched it 6 times in one day. first few times I did not smile ; did not have any emotion at all. but then I smile on one of the replays. Anyway by the time the 6 time watching the movie I was rolling with laugher. I got out depression with laugher.
